Self-Service Center Please Note: It is the members full responsibility to know when monthly payments are due. Our agency/agent holds no responsibility if a member does not make their monthly payment on time and their policy is terminated by the insurance company for non payment.
All payments must be made to the insurance company. Please do not send payments to us. We do not and can not accept payments. If you are paying by check we recommend that you send payment 10 days prior to the the policy due date to avoid payment problems. We recommend setting up Automatic Bank Draft so premiums can be deducted monthly. This is the preferred method that is convenient for most people.
If your monthly payment is late, please call the following numbers immediately to avoid termination of your policy.
