  • Acceptable testing results. 

*This company will either accept you or deny you coverage with the diabetes (Type II). If the insurance company accepts you they will charge an additional premium.  This additional premium varies due to your medical history. If your application is approved you will have the option of accepting the coverage at the additional rate increase or rejecting the coverage. The final rate is determined by the insurance company only.
